How much floral experience do you have?
I have 20+ years of hands-on experience, including

How do I secure your services for my event date?
After meeting with you, delivering a quote and
receiving your approval, we will mail or email a service
agreement to you. After receiving the signed agreement
and the deposit our services are locked in for your
date.
Do you have a minimum order?
For flowers our minimum order is $2000.00, (Wedding
& Events)
Do you provide samples of the flowers before the
event?
We are happy to provide a sample of any floral
arrangement for you. Any floral samples provided will be
charged 15% off the regular price.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept, cash, checks, and money orders.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
If your event is cancelled with in 60 days in
advance of the wedding date we will be happy to refund
your deposit.
How much time will you need to setup and breakdown my
event?
Setup time depends on the amount of décor we will be
providing for you. On average we need 2 to 3 hours to
set up and an hour to breakdown.
After I secure your services what deposits are due
and when?
A 200.00 deposit is due at the time of the service
agreement signing. A second deposit of 50% of the total
is due 30 days in advance of your event date. The final
deposit is due one week before event date. We are always
happy to receive payment in full.
What if I want to add or change my order after I've
already signed a service agreement?
We are open to adding items to the list before the
event. In that case we will mail an updated contract to
you. We request that all changes to your order be made
at least 30 days in advance of your event date.
